๔. ผู้ได้รับอนุญาตต้องแจ้งการใช้ที่ดินนั้นเพื่อเป็นที่อยู่อาศัย ให้พนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ตามมาตรา ๗๑ ทราบภายในหกสิบวันนับแต่วันที่เริ่มใช้ที่ดินนั้น
